Important Information

 All accounts to be settled and proof of payment emailed to us before arrival and check in
 Your final account will be based on the number of guests you state when booking. Should it be established that more than the stated number of guests have stayed at On the Rocks, we reserve the right to charge R600.00 per night per additional guest. Note a maximum of 8 guests only.
 The house is fully alarmed via remote. Please note that insurance DOES NOT cover the house contents if the alarm is not set and the house is burgled whilst empty. It is therefore essential that the alarm is set when you are not in the house. If the alarm is not set and the house is burgled, you will be held liable for any losses. (We have never experienced any problems with safety and security in Glen Garriff but it is always better to be safe rather than sorry)
 As with anything in life, “if you break it… you buy it”. Please advise us if there have been any breakages during your stay
 The house has a CONSERVANCY TANK. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets as this damages the system
 Deja Blue Beach House is a NON SMOKING house – please feel free to smoke outside but remember that our environment doesn’t like “butts” so please dispose of your “butt” in a bin

Indemnity Form

General Indemnity
Whilst every care has been taken by Deja Blue Beach House to ensure the safety of guests and their possessions whilst enjoying our accommodation, Deja Blue Beach House and the owners does not accept any liability in the event that any loss or damage to persons or property is experienced by a guest and their visitors.

Valuables
Deja Blue Beach House or the owners does not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors. It is therefore the sole responsibility of all guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival at Deja Blue Beach House. This includes but is not limited to, photographic equipment, laptops or other electronic devices, jewellery, cash and vehicles.

Loss or Damage to Deja Blue Beach House
Should Deja Blue Beach House suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.

Right of Admission Reserved
Deja Blue Beach House at all times reserves the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights.

Minors
Minors are the sole responsibility of the parents, guardian(s) or the person or persons in whose care they are whilst at Deja Blue Beach House or whilst using its facilities.
